Gianpiero, chef of the restaurant open to the hotel guests only, offers specialties from the Italian Riviera and traditional Italian cuisine: among trofie al pesto, pansoti in walnut sauce with fresh homemade pasta, seafood specialties and Ligurian mesciua, you will regret you haven’t had dinner one more evening with us. All this among the typical fragrances of our basil (unique in the world) and of the aromatic herbs of the Ligurian Riviera di Levante coming from our garden.
